strange acquisition is an understatement. A small, Serbian optical fibre parts and DC fit out company working in a tier two Balkan country? And data centre parts and design in the world of cloud and AWS, Azure and Google all providing top tier services certified in the EU? How did gsw even find these guys?
im surprised that gsw had to pay EU5.5m for a majority stake in a warehouse full of fibre optic spare parts. what customers do these companies share? Pakistani KFC? Perhaps the Serbians are the only country moving optic fibre into Pakistan. Gsw going to corner the data centre market in the old Persian empire? Servicing the countries that tier one providers are prohibited from trading in?
