It's amazing Bane & Joel have been able to keep the charade going for this long.
I know nothing of NEO (and I doubt anyone else did about a week ago). Having said that, it is preposterous to suggest NEO is friendlier to tech-stocks than the ASX - just look @ the BNPL industry on the ASX.
Could other tech companies get a better run on the ASX? Absolutely. But the switch to NEO is a complete kick in the pants to existing shareholders, who deserve as much transparency as possible from a management team that has consistently and deliberately mislead over the last 3 years, whilst collecting a monstrous salary & performance shares.
It will be interesting to see the results of the ASIC & CA review.
