Sure, some tech growth stories generate losses for a number of the first few years but they demonstrate organic growth at pace and have a management team that execute targets to drive that growth.
For one, I don't see how the Logo purchase is going to assist in generating growth to GSW's core offering as a SaaS provider. I only see it as a money pit. Telecommunications and Infrastructure is a very tough gig.
I don't understand that purchase at all and how it is suppose to tie in with the core SaaS offerings. I'm happy to be schooled on this one, but I just don't see it. Only thing I can think of is it being a revenue grab for reasons that became obvious later in the year...
They had a whole wad of cash and they don't look to have spent it wisely at all IMO. I wouldn't trust them a second time around.
