I don't understand that purchase at all and how it is suppose to tie in with the core SaaS offerings. I'm happy to be schooled on this one, but I just don't see it. Only thing I can think of is it being a revenue grab for reasons that became obvious later in the year...

They had a whole wad of cash and they don't look to have spent it wisely at all IMO. I wouldn't trust them a second time around.

What does Getswift do if it has a large enterprise client that mandates that it's data is not to be stored on the public cloud?

Without Logo, it is hamstrung and cannot offer a complete solution to suit the clients need for a private cloud, without relying on and bearing the risk and delay that comes with outsourcing the network components.

Logo solves this problem.
