You can't possibly be serious. How many of GSW's customers are in Serbia? How many of them need cabling and security systems built? For that matter, how many of GSW's customers would expect a supplier of services to build them a data center?
Because this is what Logo does. They don't magically make data centers appear all over the world. They don't run some sort of significant private cloud (I can't find any evidence that they offer any such services at all). They are a diversified company that installs power systems and data centers and security cameras and so on in an extremely narrow geo ("Adriatic").
For not very much money, as john_utah says, there are a lot of private cloud providers.
