All of your points are legit (although I'm not too sure if you are accurate about the scope of the CA as i thought it was specifically to do with the fruitbox co.)
But....why would I trust your opinion on all this? You are a random guy on a forum. The new director who has joined them is a real and credible person who has a much better view of what this company is doing than any of us. If they are doomed to fail, what is in it for her?
If you were an ex asic dep chairman who spent the past few months meeting the leadership team and getting an inside look and then you made your post, I would probably look at selling.
