Are you sure Governance was the only area of expertise for all 3?

I see the words Legal, M&A, class actions, technology and finance (amongst others) used several times in this announcement.

If your comments refer to me, I think you will find I made no comment when any of these 3 Directors were appointed.

I'm definitely a doubter here, not sure about a hater.

I'm not convinced Joel and Bane are the right men for the job. They definitely haven't proven me wrong as yet.
