The good thing here is the validation as pointed out by others, but also the learnings and shortcomings have been recognised and actioned. Without going through everything it has, GSW would have never made this fantastic appointment.
The building blocks are getting stronger, the foundation in place. This next doubling, tripling of the SP will take longer than previously, but it'll be more sustainable.
