I do not understand why there should be "costs per delivery"....

    I do not understand why there should be "costs per delivery". This is not TNT Parcel Express. This is a computer driven gateway to prompt deliveries. I doubt that the 20.9c per delivery revenue will fall too much as the company advised the rate per delivery is between 20c & 30c. I suggest that you look at the prospectus to get a handle on what the company is about, it's projects etc.,
