The Company has commenced working with Johnny Rockets brands to deploy its platform in
the Middle East and beyond across its portfolio of companies.
Globally recognized, Johnny Rockets is an international restaurant franchise that offers high
quality, innovative menu items including fresh, never frozen 100% beef cooked-to-order
burgers, fries and hand-spun shakes. This restaurant features a modern twist on the classic
diner – with comfortable seats and areas perfect for gathering, friendly approachable service
and music that combines iconic classics with pop culture. Founded in 1986, Johnny Rockets
operates more than 350 franchise and corporate locations in 32 countries around the world.
The Company expects to transform the delivery services across the territories as it works
with its international partners. The Company’s indicative estimates are for a transaction yield
in excess of millions of deliveries per year upon complete adoption and utilization.
The Company considers this a transformative agreement that will position the Company as
an emerging leader in previously untapped markets such as the Middle East, and beyond
once this channel is fully implemented. The Company is pleased that the overall strategy of
