I always like seeing the Exec Chairman and driving force behind a company in which I'm invested putting more skin in the game.
After announcing that he (and GT) has placed his hand in his pocket to take placement stock at a 500% premium to where the last placement was made, here he is a few days later paying over 20% more than what he paid in the placement to round up to an even 10m shares.
Assuming he gets all his performance rights, it'll be a nice 17m shares for MB,
At $2/3 share that's a nice retirement fund.
