I feel the GEV shipping solution is far more superior and economical to our competition (ammonia and liquefaction). I cannot really see projects like Hyenergy wanting to absorb additional costs to convert the green hydrogen produced to liquified or ammonia for shipping purposes - in additional who would absorb the cost of converting it back to hydrogen gas at the other end, Hyenergy or the customer? Of course ammonia and liquified hydrogen incur extra cost but most importantly if these options are selected they start to move away from a truly net zero supply chain which is what corporates and governments are wanting to achieve to meet their own objectives.
