The cost of ship build will NOT be done through a CAP raise, but will be done using DEBT , not equity.
Having said that, it will require a firm end to end contract for supplying Hydrogen , or CNG ... which has been promised for a very long time.
It does seem that the last couple of days has probably been some trading and churn of shares changing hands, but hopefully there are a few new sticky holders.
