Given the upside potential of this stock as we get closer to March this can only be moving upwards. The story is clear as day. The company is clearly stating they will have an outcome (eg. commercial terms worth X amount of $$) by the end of Q1 2020. Exciting time as we approach March really.... I wouldn't be surprised if buying picks up ahead of March in anticipation of these deals being formalised.
