You are only a buyer and holder if you believe deals will be done... I have no doubt contracts will be signed! That being the case $1 is a low target.... it is pointless throwing share price figures out there... but $1 is low considering the potential of the contracts that are in the pipeline. You could start with doubling the $1 once contracts are awarded. But my advice to all is sit tight - stop speculating. We should all know the timeline of events that are unfolding. Looking at the SP on a daily right now is a redundant and pointless exercise.
