Half right GL, the MOU doesn't mention whether it's a BINDING MOU or the NON binding sort.
So in my opinion (which means nothing), it's a NON.
With all this talk of GREEN HYDROGEN going around maybe GEV posters and holders should be
looking at Those type of resources.
The four that come to my mind are, FMG; HZR; STO and PRL.
Please feel free (love that word), to add any others.
