I took a small chunk in the CR and have added a few parcels on market today to bring my average to ~1.6c.
End of the day they still have a case even if they have to give up more of the pie to a more risk tolerant litigation funder.
With 500M SOI, EV is around $3M at 1c. Considering they own 100% of a case worth US$275M, I think there is still some upside from here once the dust settles, albeit at a higher risk.
