    what i don’t understand is quantum of the claim US$275m compared to the market cap of the company A$3m, if I was Ghana and worried about losing, why wouldn’t I just buy 51% of Cassius for A$1.6m vote to decide the legal action cease? i still get to own 51% of Madagascar and Tanzanian tenements.
