" clearly.............getting Chinese funding". Bobs are you suggesting a Chinese partner rather than financier, because if so, that's contrary to Bob Duffin's comment at the AGM ?. He clearly stated then that it would not be a Chinese partner but rather, a partner from elsewhere in Asia. The impression given was that he had party/parties in mind if not already in preliminary discussion. All positive.
Things may have changed since that meeting(was a Christmas ago !) but it was understood that the Defence issues were still relevant to Chinese participation as silly as it may seem. Regards Musl
