Correct & what good has that been, unless u had insight to sell at prices 10x what they are today? It's been all downhill since, & there's many more examples that are too painful to bring up. The company comes across as too reactive, is spread extremely thin, communicates that 'the sun rose again this morning' & then gets screwed as a result. TY is where I see there's a chance for redemption although DRE certainly puts one's faith to the test.
