Gina wants shorting manipulation to be stopped and this is exactly what Lynas and the Chinese are doing to all prospective rare earth miners with any potential, , they are putting as much pressure on these companies as possible to slow the progression of their potential and when and if the time comes for them to be acquired to lessen competition that’s what will happen but at heavily undervalued t/o values.
