Hmm, I see. The only power money brings is the power of trade. Trade is voluntary. What you're talking about is not capitalism but cronism where money can buy government power (monopoly on force). This is irrational and is only possible when government is given powers it shouldn't have; you can't buy influence one doesn't have. This is not capitalism. The closest the world ever got to capitlism was the US in the 19th century. Not a coincidence it became the richest most prosperous country on earth. Anyway, discussion for another place.
