they need a buyer; the creditors on file are too much for them to pay out; but they are making good money / cash each month; and with POG there will likely be an outcome where GCY survive, even long term; but the buyers will certainly want to pay pennies on the dollar to creditors and current share holders
What is crazy is a bunch of accountants (VAs) can run a gold mine better than the staff that were the gold mining professionals. It tells you a lot about the gold mining industry.
