Not quite. WIN's strength is that they have a legacy mining licence, and can ship DSO from next year if prices justify it.
But it's true that you shouldn't expect any of the current hard rock explorers to produce before 2026, except RDT, who also have a licence.
That's why management have made the decision to infill, which would usually be premature.
