As a long term investor I can totally deal with delays and with commodities trending down for a long time now I understand its a difficult environment even more. The only person to blame for getting caught out with exposure to commodities when they were trading higher lies with me. The part that becomes more and more irritating is when companies in general can't be upfront about what's really happening rather than waiting til deadlines pass then coming forth and shifting the goal posts when had I been informed I could have at least been able to weigh up my investment on accurate information not pipe dreams that they will not achieve. To be quite frank I cut management that do inform share holders properly a lot more slack on delays because they at the very least earn credibility by being upfront rather than just silence and giving the everything is all fine until they want to move the goal posts. Anyway I still hope this will turn one day but failing to get the DFS in this calendar year is pretty much unacceptable as far as performance goes.
