The volume of GIR suggests that unhappy to hold GIR holders are leaving and happy to hold holders are coming on board and are content to let the process of becoming AGO continue. It looks like that process accelerated today, unless you are conspiracy theorist.
Of course there is an element of risk that whatever outcome you want will not occur, so therefore, at least some of the volume reflects that also.
