the first payment of $5million has been paid to us.
but the deal is not concrete until the sale passes a general meeting with us share holders and is also subject to DRC approval.
So the cash will be returned to the purchaser if a superior offer was to materialize in the meantime. . there is still hope for a higher offer, but I’m not holding my breath
