    What's your take on that? it's not a positive situation for miners.
    DCN presentation points to owner operators having a strong cost advantage over a contractor fleet/staff.
    Peter Cook set up WGX which owner operates it's own fleet so he knows the ropes.
    Definitely somes strong appointments in management recently.
