I know you didn't ask me but.... my take is that it's a good time not be starting to develop (huge construction cost) or starting to produce (huge opex cost). I sold out of CAI for that reason.
But... a good time to have money in the bank, and an ability to keep digging holes, breathe deeply, wait for things to find their balance and then decide the best option for generating cash down the track a bit.
Personally I feel the present stunning employment shortage might dissipate surprisingly rapidly as recession bites. While wages wont go down necessarily, folks will need work and there will be greater predictability which is probably the greatest need.
In regard to how quickly the employment market might clear, think of the little spat we had with some poster a few weeks back who vowed and declared the pending signs of lithium price stability were rubbish. Haven't seem that poster since, I wonder why?
