There has been a lot of volume at these levels the past couple of weeks. My sense is that there is someone working hard to accumulate a meaningful position in the $0.25 to $0.26 range and they are working both sides of the coin - small sell orders at the $0.25 mark, whilst allowing for a volume of sell orders to build in the $0.26 area before snapping them up in one go (that at least is my interpretation of the pattern over the recent two weeks).
