Depends on how the relative pricing of Spodumene and Lithium Hydroxide play out. At the moment with current spodumene prices it looks like it might not have been the best deal. But it also gets MIN into ownership of its own Lithium Hydroxide conversion capacity, and the world's largest Lithium producer as a marketing partner. My guess is MIN shareholders will be happy with the deal in the long run.
