They planned MAGIC originally years before iTrack Advance was approved. They decided to postpone it until iTrack Advance was approved in the US so they could do the study with the new device rather than the old device. Probably a good idea, despite efficacy and safety being the same between the devices, it's probably better from a marketing standpoint to advertise iTrack Advance with iTrack Advance data (rather than iTrack data).
It's in full gear now though, should get the results some time next year if all goes to plan
