not the sorts of changes I look for unless there is a flurry of them.


Below is what I would look for

Get a chart up and look at the dates - (the company is not MDR - it is a great example of how to make a hell of a lot of money in short time).

read the anns. very very closely - see the relationships to the parties and watch the amount of dollars - it is crucial to read the announcements in DETAIL.


When you see something like this in MDR --------------- a suggestion could be to pin the ears back and buy the hell out of it

But, - it has to be the 'right' person - and, it helps if it is over multiple directors.
