Today and also on previous occasions Silex they keep talking about new conversion capabilities? the tails material at Paducah is already at UF6, isn't it?

I reckon they are really talking about new "de-conversion" capabilities, I also believe they will be taking over the contract from Atkins, Westinghouse and Fluor somehow!

Perhaps Westinghouse at some later point could build a fuel fabrication plant at Paducah, for some future HALEU fuels?
This would place all of the front end requirements for fuel fabrication of HALEU fuels in one lacation?

Currently the DOE’s deconversion work is being carried out by Mid-America Conversion Services, a joint venture of Atkins, Westinghouse and Fluor that is contracted to operate the decon-version plants from 2017 through March 2023. In May the DOE tendered for a new deconversion contractor to take over the work through 2028, and possibly through 2033, for a cost-plus contract valued at $2.9 billion over 10 years.

Michael Goldsworthy, Silex’s CEO/Managing Director said:
“We are very pleased with the signing of a third LOI with a major US nuclear utility, this one
between GLE and Dominion Energy - following on from similar LOIs signed with Constellation
Energy Generation and Duke Energy in mid-2022. This is another important step in advancing
GLE’s strategy to commercialise the SILEX technology in the US and to provide additional
diversification in the supply of nuclear fuel, including domestic production of natural uranium
from legacy depleted tails owned by the Department of Energy, along with new conversion
and enrichment capabilities.
