It's seperate and 6.2 miles down the road from the test loop facility. Things must be coming along because after gaining approval for feed into the test loop they have now applied to transport and store hazardous material into the new facility. The document says that "gle operates a test loop at Wilmington". I wonder if that means they are operating now or will be trying to operate one soon.
