First off, a welcome back to Sir Night.

Pity it is an announcement of problems that prompted a post.

In response to the announcement-in my experience with every problem comes an opportunity.

Let us not forget that SLX owns that IP. If I recall it is a use it or lose it type arrangement.

Let the USA decide to let it go. The IP reverts to SLX and it can ply its wares on the market again.

There does not appear to be a failure of technology but rather a miserable set of circumstances relating the the enrichment market.

I am glad due diligence has thrown up the problem. If we know of the problem then the USA know we know.

Better that than a catastrophic business descision.
