From what i understand, the submersible pumps are at the bottom...

    From what i understand, the submersible pumps are at the bottom of the well and require a workover rig to retrieve and replace.
    The repair work takes about 5 days but getting the parts and the quarantine process adds to the lengthy delay.
    Pumps breaking down are unfortunate. Not a conspiracy
