    As we are so close to reveal the reserve,two conspiracy theory:
    1: Institutions got the info of good news, and playing to price down, or maintain a level, and quietly acquiring greater amount
    2: Institutions got the info of bad news, and quietly dumping them holdings.
    Which one?
    Either way, now is the silence before the storm.
