Don't know the answer to your question no expertise in that regard but you appear to quite rightly point out difference is terminology. Cannacord describe the flow as mnscf/d
Galilee describe the flow as Mscfd
Perhaps OGP can help us out.

mscf/d = thousands of standard cubic feet per day
mmscf/d = millions of standard cubic feet per day

The announcement says 15-20 mscf/d = 15,000 - 20,000 thousand standard cubic feet per day

Reading back over the Canacord report, says 0.25 mnsf/d, which i think might be a type-o, and they mean 0.25 mmsf/d = 250 mscf/d

It would appear i have read the announcement incorrectly, although the Canacord report appears to have a type-o
