If the tenement was any good they would simply take this to the bank with offtake agreements in place and build their own pipeline to bring the gas to market. That's the way good operators develop these tenements. How many pipelines were there to Gladstone before the big boys took control... as i have said before you need big pockets to successfully develop this type of project and doesn't hurt to have the right people onboard to deliver it. All comes down to having the right strategy and executing it.
