With the current market cap GLN is at you will probably find the consolidation at around 20-1 but I have seen as bad as 44-1 and if the deal flops last minute... you will still consolidate and have less value in shares hence it will be best to buy off the prospectus as you will be protected if the deal falls through!
Remember this is all speculation and will be a speculative share... MMJ is a good alternate to follow to understand where this MAY go!
