There was another shell coy that acquired a similar operation and went belly up.

I think in a week time some, some doctors will buy in.
The money raised will all go into the business, so that a good thing.
That better than paying out for the business.

The fact that Zelder also agreed with GLN directors to join together also is a vote of long term confidence.
There will probably be some sizeable govt research funding as well.

Looks like a simple Xmas for me this year.
