Well hopefully they will now be spending with a view to generating cash flow much quicker??

Are you just looking at what CUR has in the bank now?

They would certainly have to have gone back to the trough or look at finance options soon had this merger not been raised, I suspect that Darren Gordon put this on the table.

Time will tell but I do still believe that these managers are keen to get this up and running as their main priority, rather than just milking SH's.
