How many HALEU / SMR facilities are actually up and running now or for that matter likely to be within the next possibly 10 years. Sure there are expected to be quite a number into the future but for now let Centrus have their day in the sun by providing the fuel for the embryonic starts.
In the mean time the LEU market is established and HUGE. More importantly the likes of Centrus will have to obtain their LEU from somewhere to process into HALEU and who better than than GLE to handsomely clip that ticket.
