Makes good business sense to me, MG has always said the best path to commercialisation of the Laser is through the Tails Enrichment. Any other underfunded rabbit hole could jeopardise the Tails project. It seems to me there is still too much politics around HALEU,Russian Ban etc, to invest a lot of time and money in an RFP, the team has more important work underway right now.
