From memory, such as it is, for enrichment to be established at Paducah, laser enrichment is the only option i think. The geology is unsuited for centrifuge (the high speed spinny things dont like earth tremors very much)and noone is going to rebuild a difussion plant.
At the last agm MG mentioned a test on the beam control device or somthing where he bump a bench . The device worked as intended, going out of kilter and then picking itself back up automatically. He seemed quite chuffed by it.
