If you want us to apply early then help us out with funding for that from that 100mill section of the Haleu money for initiative fuel tech. In return you will get natural grade uf6 earlier and avoid a shortage that will effect your whole fuel chain. In the leu space Gle may be certain enough of their test loop to get in on the offtake agreements that may come when the $2.7 bill is released.
What is interesting to me is that this unforseen year or so delay in congress has meant that the industry incentives may be announced around the time that Gle's test loop is expected to have started up.
