i agree spending money has to be done carefully but with all due respect Silex have done an amazing job of conserving money over the years but now is not that time.
GLE have hired dozens of people (BBO may know the exact numbers). These people need somewhere to work, research, park their cars, have meetings and eat. Nothing can be done for free and it takes money.
Other areas are being built to manufacture lasers and support equipment and this all has to be kept top secret. This requires purpose built facilities. Security guards, high fences. They take time to build. So if we want an accelerated program we need to start building now.
i fully support the accelerated program, it will pay off in the end. If you are chasing upside you are in the right place
