Couple of points about BEI...
- the company has existed for just 2 weeks
- director Corey Cooney is also director Bill Moss' son-in-law
- their website is registered by Boston Management. The registrant is Bill Moss' PA
So it looks like its predominantly Bill Moss' baby.
BEI looks like it was rushed through as a business vehicle. PUSH IR would do well to at least fix a few of the of the typos in the website for a start. Like the name of the company is 'Boston', not 'Bostan'!
