re: Ann: Global FMCG Company to Secure Access... Just my two bobs worth...
The strategic alliance announced in September 2010 was to see how OBJ technology could be applied to the FMCGs various product platforms. This technical evaluation is now complete, and the results have met or exceeded the FMGCs minimum expectations. One can assume that the technical evaluations pertained to specific products, and hence, the products that OBJ technology will be applied to have already been determined.
Negotiations for a Joint Development Agreement have already commenced. The Joint Development Agreement will set the framework for the relationship between OBJ and the FMCG. The terms for the licencing of OBJs technology will be confirmed. One must consider that remuneration will form a significant part of the final JDA contract also. If this is the case, then once the JDA contract is completed, and our pecuniary interests in the arrangement are revealed, then surely this will act as the long awaited catalyst to send the share price into orbit, unless of course one of OBJs other “irons in the fire” has come to fruition before this.
The only question now is, how long until the JDA is completed, and the contract signed?
